International Shipping, Customs & Import Fees

GENE CARGO ships from the United Kingdom to international destinations where delivery services are available.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties, clearance fees or handling charges imposed by the destination country's authorities or delivery providers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Where applicable, the local customs authority or delivery provider may request payment before releasing or delivering your order.

The amount charged varies by country and is outside GENE CARGO's control. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

For destinations requiring duties to be paid before dispatch, such as the United States when using Royal Mail's postal services, applicable import costs will be accounted for in the delivery price or otherwise disclosed at checkout.

International deliveries may also experience delays during customs clearance.
