Welcome to GENE CARGO. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.genecargo.com and any purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Please contact us before returning goods. This is a postal correspondence and returns address, not a customer-facing retail shop.

2. Products and Availability

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate.

However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and manufacturing variations.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders we cannot fulfil. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

All prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges and any taxes or import charges collected by GENE CARGO will be shown before you complete your purchase.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. Your order is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to decline orders where payment cannot be authorised, stock is unavailable or a genuine listing error has occurred.

4. Pre-Orders

Some GENE CARGO products may be available for pre-order.

Pre-order listings will explain the expected dispatch period. These dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as guaranteed dates.

Payment may be collected when the pre-order is placed, as indicated during checkout.

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact affected customers with an updated estimate and explain their cancellation options.

Your statutory cancellation and delivery rights remain unaffected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

GENE CARGO ships from the United Kingdom to destinations available during checkout.

Delivery charges vary depending on destination, shipping service and order size.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being made, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

6. International Orders and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or carrier processing fees.

Where applicable duties and taxes are expressly included in your shipping charge or a duties-prepaid service, GENE CARGO will arrange prepayment through the relevant shipping provider.

Where charges are not included, customers may be responsible for applicable import charges imposed by their destination country, as disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights or makes you responsible for charges that GENE CARGO is legally required to pay.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Customers purchasing eligible goods online generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving their order, without providing a reason.

Our standard, non-personalised sticker packs are eligible for this right.

You must notify us of cancellation within the applicable period and return the goods within a further 14 days.

For change-of-mind returns, customers normally pay the direct return shipping cost.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these terms removes or restricts rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original designs, logos, photographs, graphics, text and other creative content displayed on this website are owned by GENE CARGO or used with permission from their respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of any associated intellectual property.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, website and business.

10. Limitation of Liability
